Pick 30%, 40%, 50%, or 60% of the product price. A higher deposit means smaller weekly payments.
Step 2: Pay Your Deposit
Pay via mobile money. Once confirmed, your product is reserved.
Step 3: Make 4 Weekly Payments
Pay 4 equal weekly installments. SMS reminders are sent before each due date.
Step 4: Receive Your Product
When all payments are complete, your order is created and prepared for delivery or pickup.
Complete Payments Early and Earn a Bonus!
Complete all payments within the 4-week window to qualify. The faster you pay, the larger the bonus.
Grace Period Forfeits Bonus
Any payments made during the grace period are not eligible for a bonus.

Your Plan Number
You'll receive your plan number via SMS after your deposit is confirmed. Keep it safe.

Go to the Reserve & Pay page and enter your phone number and plan number to see your payment history and upcoming due dates.
SMS Reminders
Automatic reminders are sent 3 days and 1 day before each due date, plus a confirmation after every payment.
Here's what happens if you exceed the 4-week payment window:
3-Day Grace Period
You have 3 extra days to complete payment. A late fee applies and the completion bonus is forfeited.
Auto-Cancellation After Grace Period
If payment isn't completed within the grace period, the plan is cancelled and 80% of your deposit is refunded (20% admin fee applies).
Cancellation Policy
Manual cancellation is not available once the deposit is paid — the product is reserved for you.
Auto-cancellation only occurs if payments are not completed within the 4-week deadline plus the 3-day grace period.
Refund Amount
On cancellation, 80% of your deposit is refunded. The 20% admin fee covers stock reservation and processing costs.
